In the recipe I will tell you how to cook thin pancakes with prunes and cottage cheese in a French manner. I like a small amount of flour in crepes, and this does not affect the quality, taste and satiety of the dish.

We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve to get rid of lumps. You can take mascarpone or ricotta, usually these delicate varieties of cheese are simply mixed with fillers (sugar, fruits, dried fruits).
